Young Dutch striker Denzel Slager has joined League One outfit Coventry City on an 18-month deal.
The Sky Blues agreed terms with Eredivisie outfit RKC Waalwijk on Friday and the transfer was given the go-ahead in time for the 20-year-old to make his debut in Saturday's FA Cup tie at Barnsley. Slager came through the youth ranks at RKC Waalwijk and made 14 first-team appearances across two seasons, scoring once.
