Derby and Wales under-21 defender Kieron Freeman has returned to Notts County on loan until January.
The 21-year-old previously spent time on loan at Meadow Lane in the 2011/12 season when he was a Nottingham Forest player. The full-back, who made 19 appearances during that spell, becomes manager Shaun Derry's first signing and is available for the Magpies' Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash at Oldham on Tuesday.
