Sky Sports understands Doncaster Rovers have agreed a deal to sign former Brentford star Harry Forrester.
Forrester is available on a free transfer after seeing his deal at Griffin Park expire earlier this summer.
Brentford were keen to keep hold of Forrester and offered the winger a new deal, but he rejected the offer as he wants to be playing at a higher level.
A host of clubs have been linked with a move for Forrester, but it appears Doncaster are set to win the race for his signature.
Former Aston Villa youngster Forrester is thought to have agreed a three-year deal to move to the Keepmoat Stadium.
Doncaster boss Paul Dickov is a big fan of Forrester and sees him as a key addition to his plans for next season.
