Scunthorpe striker Mike Grella has had his contract with the League Two club terminated by mutual consent.
American Grella had a year remaining on his deal with the Iron but he is now free to find another club. The 26-year-old recently returned to his homeland where he had a trial at DC United but he failed to win a contract with the MLS outfit. Grella, who joined Scunthorpe on a free transfer from Bury last summer, made only 10 starts for Brian Laws's side last season.
