Jon-Paul Pittman has praised the team spirit at his new club after rejoining Wycombe Wanderers from Oxford United.

The former Crawley forward signed a one-year deal at Adams Park on Thursday and is happy to be back at the place he left two years ago. "We've got a good squad and if I can bring in a little bit extra than that's great," he told Wycombe's official website. "I just want to play as many games as possible, do what I'm good at and add that to the team. "The lads are good, they're strong. Everyone was happy (in training) and that was one of the main things that I noticed straight away. That was infectious and I really enjoyed it. "There were a lot of friendly faces around and people were coming up to me and starting conversations, which you might not get if you're signing somewhere you don't know anybody. "That makes that even easier to come back." Pittman made 82 appearances during his first spell with the Chairboys, scoring 17 times.
