Sky Sports understands Hull City goalkeeper Mark Oxley is set for a loan switch to Oldham.
Oxley is highly-rated at Hull and he signed a new two-year deal at the KC Stadium earlier this month.
Tigers boss Steve Bruce is keen to send the 22-year-old out on loan next season so that he can get some valuable action under his belt, with his first-team chances set to be limited at Hull.
Oxley has enjoyed spells out on loan at Walsall, Grimsby and Burton during the last few seasons and it seems he will be farmed out again next term.
Oldham boss Lee Johnson is in desperate need of goalkeeping reinforcements after seeing Dean Bouzanis and Alex Cisak leave Boundary Park this summer and he is hoping to push through a deal for Oxley.
