Barnsley defender Jimmy McNulty has signed a new deal to stay at the club, Sky Sports understands.
McNulty, whose previous contract was due to expire this summer, has agreed a one-year extension to keep him at Oakwell.
The 28-year-old has established himself as a key member of the Tykes side since arriving from Brighton in the summer of 2011.
A number of clubs were thought to be monitoring McNulty's situation at Oakwell, but the South Yorkshire side have moved to secure his future.
The news will come as a boost to Barnsley boss David Flitcroft as he continues his rebuilding plans for next season.
