West Brom goalkeeper Luke Daniels has signed a new contract that runs until the summer of 2015.

The 25-year-old is still awaiting his first-team debut with both Ben Foster and Boaz Myhill ahead of him in the pecking order - but Baggies boss Steve Clarke has been sufficiently impressed to offer new terms.

Albion's sporting and technical director Richard Garlick said of Daniels: "He has shown great loyalty to the club since he joined our Academy as a youngster and has developed into a very promising goalkeeper.

"He is an important part of what has become a strong goalkeeping department at the club and he continues to progress well under the guidance of Dean Kiely."
