Inter Milan striker Diego Milito insists he is fully focused on returning to fitness and getting back on the pitch as soon as possible to cool talk of retirement.

The Argentinian was full of gratitude to Inter's fans and staff for their support during his recent injury setback.
"I'll never stop thanking Inter supporters because, especially with me, they have been and they are fantastic," he said.
"For this reason I want to try and give them a lot of satisfaction again. They deserve this.
"I thank the club too: from the president to the others, they have been really close to me in the hardest moment of my career.
"I thank my family who is always with me, and the whole of the Inter medical staff."
