Sky Sports understands that Crystal Palace are considering a double swoop on Barnsley with Matty Done and David Perkins in their sights.
Done is out of contract at the end of the season and now Barnsley are ready to sell him now instead of losing him for nothing this summer.
Palace are now looking to hold talks over Done and are hopeful of sealing a deal for the 24-year-old winger, who joined Barnsley from Rochdale in 2011.
Whilst a deal for Done is close, Palace face major competition for Perkins - who has 18-months left on his current deal.
A number of Championship rivals are believed to be keen on the former Colchester man, who has impressed since moving to Oakwell.
