Sky Sports understands Brighton & Hove Albion have agreed a deal for highly-rated Latvia international Vitalijs Maksimenko.
"At this moment we are doing the permit and we think in a few days he will have the passport. "I cannot talk about the price. We have received a lot of offers for him after he scored around 30 goals last season but we wanted him to stay here to get us up to the First Division. "He wants to join another team and Brighton are very interested in him. Ulloa is very happy with the situation with Brighton but without the passport it's impossible."
