Bristol Rovers have agreed a deal with Queens Park Rangers for striker Tom Hitchcock, Sky Sports understands.
The 20-year-old joined Rangers earlier this year after leaving Blackburn Rovers and has been training with the first-team in recent months.
He has previous experience of playing at League Two level after spending a brief stint with Plymouth Argyle in 2011.
Now he is set to link-up with John Ward's Rovers once the transfer window re-opens next week.
