Swindon's Miles Storey has spoken of his pride after making his England Under-19 bow against Finland on Tuesday.
The young striker, 19, played over an hour in the 1-0 victory to cap a memorable few weeks after he scored on his first start for the Robins before netting twice against Aston Villa in the Capital One Cup.
He was added to the England squad, his first international call-up at any level, following an injury to Manchester United's Jack Barmby, and went straight into Noel Blake's starting line-up.
"It never really sunk in until we got to the dressing room and you see the shirt up," he told Swindon's official website.
"I knew that I was going to start and I knew that I was going to get the number nine shirt so it was strange going into the dressing room and seeing it there knowing I was about to put it on, but it was a good feeling.
"Obviously being at Telford it isn't too far from where I live so a lot of my family came down so it's a proud moment for them as well.
"I'm looking forward to getting back into training and looking forward to getting back into the swing of it against Yeovil on Saturday."
