On-loan Oldham striker Matt Derbyshire will be extending his stint at the club, manager Paul Dickov has revealed.
The frontman, on loan with the Latics from Nottingham Forest, saw his initial spell at Boundary Park end on Saturday.
Dickov is looking to prolong his loan but could wait until after Saturday's FA Cup first-round tie at Kidderminster Harriers in order to keep him longer.
The manager told the club's official website: "It is a matter of whether we renew Matt's loan before or after the FA Cup tie.
"We have to work out dates. If he plays on Saturday, he will have to go back in mid-December.
"If we can work it right, though, he will be here to January."
