Borussia Dortmund defender Lukasz Piszczek has signed a new contract with the Bundesliga champions.
The Poland international, who impressed in his country's recent 1-1 draw against World Cup qualifying opponents England, has extended his deal until 2017.
The right-back has helped Dortmund win the German title in each of his two seasons since joining from Hertha Berlin in 2010.
"I have only been playing in Dortmund for two years and in this time I have grown to totally understand the football culture, the club and the fans," Piszczek told the club's official website.
"It is a great recognition and commitment for me to be allowed to play in the coming years for this special club and this exceptional team."
Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc added: "In Lukasz we have kept a defender sought-after across Europe, who has been an important pillar of BVB's success in recent years."
