Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Jake Kean has signed a two-year contract extension with the Championship club.
The 21-year-old, who joined Rovers from Derby in 2009, agreed terms on a deal that will keep him at Ewood Park until 2016.
Kean made his Premier League debut against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on the final day of last season, and his only appearance in the current campaign was the Capital One Cup tie with MK Dons.
"Blackburn Rovers are pleased to announce that goalkeeper Jake Kean has committed his future to the club," a statement from the club read.
"The highly-rated England Under-20 international has signed a two-year extension to his current contract, which will keep him at Ewood Park until June 2016.
"He has been Rovers' second-choice keeper for every Championship fixture this season and is relishing a return to Pride Park this weekend."
