Blackburn caretaker boss Eric Black felt his side were denied a clear penalty in the 1-0 defeat by Wolves at Ewood Park.
Bakary Sako's 78th minute strike clinched the points for the visitors, but Black felt Rovers should have awarded a spot-kick in the first half when Jordan Rhodes toppled in the box.
"That's two weeks in a row. I'm not saying we'd have gone on to win the game but they're crucial decisions and they're so blatant," said Black.
"That's two ridiculous claims we have had. How they can decide Jordan has fallen by his own means is beyond me. Their boy falls over as well so contact must have been made."
Black admitted Rovers were not at their best, although he felt they at least deserved a share of the points.
"I'm not deluding myself; I don't think we did enough to win the game but we certainly did enough not to lose it," he said.
