Blackpool have landed both of the Football League's monthly Championship awards for August, with Ian Holloway and Tom Ince claiming gongs.
Holloway has been named Championship manager of the month after the Seasiders made an impressive start to their campaign with three straight wins.
Blackpool opened with victories over Millwall and Leeds before putting six goals past Ipswich in a devastating display.
Ince scored two goals in each of the successes against Millwall and Ipswich and that was more than enough to make the winger the stand-out player in the first month of Championship action.
The 20-year-old former Liverpool trainee was also rewarded for his fine form with his first two England under-21 caps in the European Championship qualifying games against Azerbaijan and Norway.
But disappointingly for player, manager and club, September did not begin as impressively as they were beaten 1-0 at Leicester on the first day of this month.
