Tom Huddlestone has been successful in his appeal against his sending-off in Saturday's match against Norwich City.
The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder only came on in the 81st minute of the Premier League clash at White Hart Lane but was given his marching orders six minutes later for a foul on Jonny Howson.
Referee Mark Halsey showed Huddlestone a straight red card and manager Andre Villas-Boas admitted after the final whistle that he thought the decision was harsh.
The Football Association has now confirmed that the red card has been rescinded, allowing the 25-year-old to be available for Tottenham's next game at Reading.
"Tottenham Hotspur's Tom Huddlestone has had his claim for wrongful dismissal upheld," read an FA statement.
"As a result, the three-match suspension handed to the midfielder has been withdrawn with immediate effect."
