Defender should be fit for next Championship game against Wolves

Leicester City are confident Ritchie de Laet will be fit to return from a back injury against Wolves after the international break. De Laet was scheduled to start Saturday's game against Blackpool, but was forced to pull out after hurting his back in the warm-up. However, the full-back should be fit and raring to go when Leicester resume Championship action at Molineux on 16th September. "His back was stiff and he didn't feel he could play," said Pearson. "He will be fine for Wolves and Richie Wellens might be, you never know." Midfielder Wellens has yet to play this season as he continue his recovery from knee surgery.
