Sky Sports understands Matt Jarvis is undergoing a medical with West Ham after they agreed a deal with Wolves for the one-cap England winger.
The Hammers have been leading the chase for the 26-year-old all summer and have seen two previous bids rejected.
Jarvis handed in a transfer request at Molineux as he looked to seal a move back to the Premier League.
Now, coincidentally on the same day as team-mate Steven Fletcher undergoes his medical at Sunderland, Jarvis is doing the same at West Ham.
Sky Sports understands the deal could eventually be worth £10million to Wolves.
