An agreement between AC and Inter Milan which will see Antonio Cassano and Giampaolo Pazzini trade places has been completed.
The Italy international colleagues will pass each other on their way across the Milan divide.
Cassano will be turning out for Inter in 2012/13, while Pazzini will swap the Nerazzurri for the Rossoneri.
"FC Internazionale welcomes Antonio Cassano," read a statement released on Inter's official website.
"At the Lega Serie A offices, the documents have been processed for a deal with AC Milan.
"Cassano has completed a permanent move and has signed a two-year contract which will expire in June 2014."
Meanwhile, AC Milan have confirmed that Pazzini, who played alongside Cassano during their time together at Sampdoria, has linked up with his new team-mates.
"He turned 28 just a few weeks ago and now he is embarking on a new adventure in his career. Pazzo will now be scoring goals for Milan!" read a statement on their official website.
"Yesterday the striker signed his new contract, carried out his medical and performed other tests at Milanello and today he joined his team-mates in training at the rossonero sports centre."
