Blackpool new boy Adda Djeziri is looking forward to working with charismatic coach Ian Holloway, a man he admits 'you either love or hate'.
Holloway's eccentricities are well publicised, with the Seasiders boss a colourful figure who likes to do things his way.
His outspoken views can rub people up the wrong way, but there is no questioning his man-management skills or ability to bring the best out of those at his disposal.
He has already taken Blackpool to two Championship play-off finals and on a season-long Premier League adventure.
Those at Bloomfield Road are planning another promotion push in 2012/13 and Djeziri, a summer signing from Viborg, is hoping to play a leading role in Holloway's plans.
Tough
"The Championship is a very tough league with a lot of games and my understanding is that the club is expecting the team to win promotion," he told bold.dk.
On his new boss, Djeziri added: "He is the type of person you either love or hate.
"I have spoken with him several times and I really like him. He has expressed that he wants me here and that is great for me.
"A lot of people may think he is a bit special. He shouts a lot and talks a lot, but that is something that I quite like.
"I am very much looking forward to working with him."
