Sky Sports understands Barnsley have dismissed an enquiry from Millwall for defender Jimmy McNulty.
The 27-year-old excelled for the Tykes last season after securing a move from Brighton following loan spells at Scunthorpe.
His contribution was recognised by his team-mates, who voted him their Player of the Season.
McNulty is now the target of several Championship sides who are keen to recruit the left-sided centre-half.
Barnsley have so far managed to fend off interest in the former Scotland Under 21 international, but could find it hard to resist any big money offers.
