Chelsea new boy Eden Hazard has backed Fernando Torres to show his best form this season.
Torres has struggled for consistency since joining the Blues from Liverpool for a British record transfer fee of £50million in January 2011.
The Spaniard is expected to lead the line at Stamford Bridge this season following the departure of Didier Drogba earlier this summer.
Torres netted his first goal of the season in the Community Shield defeat to Manchester City last weekend and Hazard, who will be expected to provide the service for the striker this term, is confident Torres will enjoy a productive campaign.
"It was a great finish," said Hazard. "And I know a lot more will come.
"Fernando is one of the best strikers in the world - quick and powerful and very efficient in front of goal."
