Former Swansea City midfielder Scott Donnelly has shrugged off speculation linking him with a return to Wycombe Wanderers this summer.
The 24-year-old has been searching for a new club since leaving the Swans earlier this month and he is no stranger to Adams Park having made 40 appearances for Wycombe during a series of loan spells over a 12-month period.
The playmaker's last campaign was cut short whilst with the Chairboys after suffering cruciate ligament damage in December but, having made a full recovery, he is desperate to start playing football again following his stint on the sidelines.
"I don't really expect to hear from Wycombe if I'm honest because they've already signed a lot of good players and I haven't spoken to Gary (Waddock)," Donnelly told
Sky Sports.

"I just enjoyed my loan time there and hopefully I can enjoy my football this season as much as I did there.
"It would have been nice to have played in a couple of games towards the end of last season to show people that I am back fit and fine, but unfortunately I didn't get that opportunity.
"I was fit for the last three or four games of the season, but at that stage it was probably too critical a period to throw me into action again because Wycombe were fighting hard to avoid relegation.
"I'm 100% fit and ready to go now and it is just a case of topping the match sharpness up because physically I'm feeling great."
Donnelly managed just two appearances during his two years with Swansea, with his last in the Championship back in October 2010, but having impressed in League One last term he is not concerned about playing below that level this season.
He added: "At the moment I'm just looking to get into any club that I can because I can't afford to be choosy about what level I'm playing at this season.
"I've not got too many choices in terms of teams or divisions at the moment because of the injury.
"I don't want to be mugged off or anything, but it doesn't matter to me greatly about what level I'm playing at as long as I'm back playing again and proving to people that I'm fit again."
