Crawley Town are set to name Richie Barker as their new manager after he left Bury, Sky Sports understands.
League One outfit Crawley have turned to Barker as they search for a replacement for Sean O'Driscoll who left the club last month for Nottingham Forest without taking charge of a single game.
A number of names have been linked with the vacant manager's job, but it appears Barker is poised to take charge at the Red Devils.
Barker has left League One rivals Bury to take up the role at Crawley after just a year in the hot seat at Gigg Lane.
The 37-year-old took charge of Bury in April 2011 following Alan Knill's move to Scunthorpe and helped the club to promotion that season.
Barker also guided Bury to a 14th place finish in League One last season and his work has impressed Crawley who have now moved to lure him to Broadfield.
