Dundee United winger Gary Mackay-Steven admits he pays little attention to the glowing tributes he is receiving.
Tannadice boss Peter Houston claimed Mackay-Steven was far better than Dynamo Moscow's £15million man Balazs Dzsudzsak during the Europa League clash between the two clubs last week.
Mackay-Steven turned in another man of the match performance in United's 3-0 win over Hibernian on Sunday and the former Liverpool youngster admits he has been getting stick from his team-mates after Houston's praise for the winger.
"It was pleasing to hear the manager say I was better than Dynamo's £15m winger but I take everything like that with a pinch of salt," Mackay-Steven told the Daily Record.
"I've been getting an absolute caning from the boys in the dressing room. It is nice to read good write-ups but I try not to take any notice of it."
