Roberto Mancini: Looking to bring fresh faces into the Etihad Stadium
Roberto Mancini claims there could be transfer movement at Manchester City inside the next 'two weeks', with the Premier League champions 'talking to some players'.
City have been surprisingly quiet during the summer window, with Mancini yet to dip into the Etihad Stadium coffers and bolster his ranks.
The Blues' squad is already brimming with world-class talent, but additions are expected as they look to build on two successful seasons with have seen them land the FA Cup and end their long wait for a top-flight title.
Arsenal striker Robin van Persie has been strongly linked with a big-money switch to City, but Mancini continues to play his cards close to chest.
He has refused to reveal the identity of those on his wish list, but admits that he is working hard to bring in fresh faces and expects business to be completed in the near future.
"I'm sure that maybe in the next two weeks we can do something about new players. We are talking to some players, but the market is not easy."
