Al-Gharafa fail in move for striker
Sky Sports understands West Brom have rejected Al-Gharafa's bid for striker Peter Odemwingie.
As revealed by Sky Sports earlier this week, Qatar outfit Al-Gharafa tabled a £4million bid for the Nigeria international.
Al-Gharafa were hoping to lure Odemwingie away from The Hawthorns by offering him a lucrative long-term contract.
However, West Brom have rejected Al-Gharafa's opening offer for the 31-year-old.
West Brom are thought to be reluctant to offload Odemwingie without having a replacement lined up for their star striker and it remains to be seen if Al-Gharafa will come back with a new offer.
