Torquay are pleased to have completed the signing of striker Billy Bodin after the former Swindon player passed a medical at the club.
The Gulls agreed a two-year deal for Bodin on Tuesday and the deal has now been confirmed.
Wales Under-21 international Bodin, on loan with the Gulls during the first half of last season, scored five goals in 19 appearances for Torquay before a short stint at Crewe to end the season.
The 20-year-old came through the youth system at Swindon, moving to Torquay for first-team experience last August.
