Alessandro Del Piero's agent has dropped the biggest hint his client could become the latest marquee name to join the MLS.
The 37-year-old decided he would leave Juventus after 19 years during which time he won a constellation of honours.
There had been rumours that the former Italy international may come to the Premier League for his final swansong.
That option now appears to be receiving less consideration with Malaga, Flamengo and clubs in the MLS all jostling for his signature.
His agent and brother Stefano Del Piero told calciomercato.com: "There aren't any concrete offers at the moment, but there are a lot of different situations we are considering.
"Everything is under consideration. The most important thing is not the level of the championship that he will play in, but the project which is presented to us.
"Malaga, Flamengo or the USA? Alessandro has always said that the USA fascinates him very much."
