Midfielder drops into free agent pool

Franck Moussa has severed ties with Leicester after seeing his contract cancelled by mutual consent. He leaves the Foxes as a free agent after spending two years with the club. The Belgian midfielder was signed by Leicester from Southend in August 2010 but struggled to make an impression with the Championship outfit. He leaves having made 15 appearances and scoring one goal, against Scunthorpe in October 2010. The 22-year-old will hope that his showings during recent loan spells will see him snapped up early in the summer. He has taken in productive stints at Doncaster and Chesterfield, with the later seeing him taste Johnstone's Paint Trophy success.
