Bradford manager Phil Parkinson has confirmed his interest in signing former Manchester City winger Kelvin Etuhu.
The 23-year-old is now a free agent after spending last season with Portsmouth, and with Parkinson releasing seven players last week, the Bantams boss is ready to bring in some new faces.
When asked about the link with Etuhu, Parkinson told the Telegraph & Argus: "It was a call from someone I know down in Portsmouth who told me he may possibly be available.
"He's one of several players we're talking to, along with their agents.
"But there's nothing imminent and it's going to take a while for things to sort themselves out throughout the summer."
