David Luiz: Faces race against time to be fit for the UEFA Champions League final
David Luiz, Gary Cahill and John Obi Mikel did not train with their Chelsea team-mates on Thursday ahead of Sunday's Premier League finale against Blackburn.
But, on a more positive note, Didier Drogba, Raul Meireles and Petr Cech all took part in Thursday morning's session at the Blues' Cobham headquarters after missing Tuesday's 4-1 thrashing at Liverpool.
Centre-backs Luiz and Cahill are in a race against time to be fit for the UEFA Champions League final a week on Saturday having been sidelined with hamstring injuries.
Sunday's game is their last chance to build up some match fitness ahead of the 19th May showdown with Bayern Munich.
Mikel also missed Tuesday's game at Anfield through injury.
