Chelsea secured the FA Youth Cup after a 4-1 aggregate win over Blackburn Rovers.
Just days after the first-team won the FA Cup, the youngsters sealed the youth version at Ewood Park.
Chelsea were always in the driving seat after a 4-0 win in the first-leg at Stamford Bridge last month.
Rovers actually managed to claim victory on the night with Tim Payne scoring in the first-half.
But Chelsea managed to comfortably hang on to claim victory, and reclaim the cup they won in 2010.
