Jason Kennedy and Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro swept the board at Rochdale's end-of-season awards on Sunday night.

Midfielder Kennedy was named Player of the Year and Players' Player of the year, along with being recognised for his work with the club's Football in the Community scheme. Akpa Akpro, who netted 12 goals in all competitions despite Dale's relegation from League One, picked up the gongs for Club Player of the Year and Most Improved Player. Goal of the season went to Andrew Tutte for his maiden strike for the club in last month's 2-2 draw at Huddersfield. Full-back Sam Minihan, who made his first-team debut in the victory over Exeter a fortnight ago, was named Young Player of the Season.
