Eddie Howe has praised the efforts of Josh McQuoid after his three-month loan spell from Millwall expired.
The 22-year-old scored just once during his time with the Lancashire side, but the Burnley boss believes he's been an asset to the team.
Howe said: "He's filled in the various positions, which is the job we wanted him to do.
"I think he's done well. He probably could've scored more than the one goal he got, but I think he can be really pleased with his contribution
"He's been a joy to work with, he's been very good for the squad, and we wish him well going back to Millwall."
