Jermaine Pennant says he is ready to return to the Stoke side after two weeks out of action due to illness.
The Potters face Arsenal this Saturday at the Britannia Stadium where the 29-year-old midfielder is keen to face his former team.
Pennant insists he is fully recovered from the bout of flu and has made himself available for Tony Pulis again.
"I am feeling fully fit again now and have had a full week of training behind me," Pennant told the club's official website.
"Hopefully, the manager will feel that this is the game for me."
Pennant admitted he would relish the chance to pit his wits against old club Arsenal.
"I would love to play against them," added Pennant.
"They are a former club of mine and they are right up there at the top end of the table."
