Wolves chief executive Jez Moxey insists the club are under no financial pressure to sell players following their relegation from the Premier League.
The Molineux outfit had relegation confirmed on Sunday after losing 2-0 at home to Manchester City to condemn them back to life in the Championship.
A number of players have been linked with moves away from Molineux in the wake of their relegation, but Moxey insists they do not have to cash in on their players this summer.
"We are going into the Championship and we are going to have to regroup," Moxey told
Sky Sports News. "We are in a good financial position so we are not under any pressure to sell players and fans shouldn't worry about that situation.
"However, inevitably we want to change the team and we have got a management situation to sort out.
"We will do that at the end of the season, we will not be talking about that prior to the season completing and then we will move on and hopefully have a team that can do well in the Championship."
Interest
Asked if it was inevitable that their best players would leave this summer, Moxey added: "I am not sure it is inevitable. I think there will be interest in some of our players, but we are in a very good financial position, we have got players under contract, under long-term contract and we think we manage that situation well.
"We are under no pressure to sell, but let's get the season finished, get a new manager in place, sort that out and then address the rebuilding, the reshaping of the team that will be required because we will want to change things.
"The fans will want to see some changes and it's an opportunity to try and get stronger."
