Ben Parker and Mika Vayrynen have had their contracts cancelled by mutual consent at Leeds United.
Both players were out of contract in the summer, but have agreed to leave the club early and are now on the hunt for new clubs.
Parker, 24, was the Yorkshire club's longest serving player having come through the youth academy at his local side and getting his first taste of life with the senior team in 2006.
He has found first team opportunities hard to come by at Leeds this season however, making just one appearance in the 3-2 Carling Cup win at Bradford City in August.
The defender did not play another game until the end of January when he joined Carlisle for a brief loan-stint, making five appearances.
Vayrynen has also found opportunities limited at Elland Road after joining from Dutch side Heerenveen in September.
The Finland international has started just three games since moving to West Yorkshire, with his last appearance coming in the FA Cup third round 1-0 defeat at Arsenal at the start of January.
