Arsenal goalkeeper aims to catch Manchester City

Wojciech Szczesny believes Arsenal could yet catch Manchester City and finish second in the Premier League. Arsene Wenger's side travel to face bottom club Wolves on Wednesday after effectively ending City's hopes of winning the league by beating them 1-0 at Emirates Stadium on Sunday. The win also moved the Gunners to within 10 points of Roberto Mancini's side with six games remaining. "I believe we will finish third," said the Arsenal goalkeeper. "Man City have lost their chance of the title - it was a big blow to us last year and they might drop a little bit, so who knows maybe we can catch them as well. "Our aim is to win every game and if we do that we will be in the Champions League next season."

Pressure

Arsenal have now won eight of their last nine games and Szczesny insists it shows how strong the Gunners are. "We have shown that when we are put under pressure we can deal with it," he said. "We had very difficult times at the start of the season and managed to get through it and the team spirit is obvious for all to see. "We take advantage of it to win games like this and this is the fifth game in the last few months where we have won it at the end. The team is doing well, the atmosphere is good and it shows out there on the pitch."
