Porto winger James Rodriguez has admitted he would welcome the opportunity to move to Manchester United.
United are reported to be keen on the talented youngster, who is also being tracked by Bayern Munich, and scouts are understood to have watched him play four times during the past two months.
Sir Alex Ferguson is committed to improving his squad this summer and Rodriguez could be on the Red Devils manager's list of potential signings.
The Colombia winger, 20, has a contract at Porto until 2014 and is valued at around 30million euros, but has said he would welcome the opportunity to feature at Old Trafford.
He told Colombian newspaper Nuevo Estadio: "I am only focused on Porto at the moment but I could not reject the chance to play for Manchester United.
"It would please me."
