Reading boss Brian McDermott has been named Championship Manager of the Month for March.
It is the second month in a row that McDermott has scooped the award after leading Reading into the automatic promotion places.
The Royals won six, drew one and lost the other of their eight games in March to leave them well-placed for promotion to the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest star Garath McCleary has won the Championship Player of the Month honour.
The jet-heeled winger scored six goals in seven games for Forest, including a memorable four-goal haul in his side's 7-3 win over over Leeds.
Forest boss Steve Cotterill was delighted to see McCleary take the award and feels he fully deserves the honour.
"I'm delighted for Garath. He had a fantastic month and hopefully that will carry on for the remainder of the season," said Cotterill.
"He's a fantastic lad and thoroughly deserves the award."
