Kilmarnock have handed a new three-year deal to highly-rated young full-back Alex Pursehouse.
Sky Sports revealed in December that Killie had opened talks with the 19-year-old left-back.
Now Pursehourse has put pen-to-paper on a three-year deal after impressing hugely this season.
Pursehouse joined Kilmarnock in the summer from English side Tranmere.
He has now emerged as a regular under Kenny Shiels and has been rewarded for his progress.
"We have been talking since December, so Alex is delighted to have finally committed his future to the club," his agent Gordon Reid of PSMI told Sky Sports.
