Rosler keen on Forshaw return

Brentford manager Uwe Rosler is set for talks over the future of young Everton midfielder Adam Forshaw.

The 20-year-old had his loan spell with the Bees cut short on Saturday when he suffered a broken jaw in Saturday's 2-0 win over Rochdale. However, Forshaw - who is out of contract at Goodison Park in the summer - impressed sufficiently during seven appearances for Rosler to entertain the prospect of a permanent deal being done. "I am going to see him to see how he is after his injury," the Griffin Park boss told the Hounslow Chronicle. "We will talk to the player and his parents about what might happen and speak to Everton to see what their plans are for him. "He's definitely the type of player we want to have at this football club."
