QPR boss Mark Hughes insists that Shaun Wright-Phillips still has a big part to play in their relegation scrap.
Wright-Phillips has found himself on the bench for their recent games with Liverpool and Sunderland.
But despite not featuring in the last week, Hughes is adamant that the England winger is still very much part of his thinking.
"Shaun has just been struggling for a little bit of form," said Hughes.
"Having worked with Shaun for a long time I know exactly what he is. He gives so much in training and in games and he'll never say he's struggling.
"But I think some players sometimes just need to be taken out of the fray to give them time to recuperate.
"Shaun will be a big player for us from now until the end of the season, definitely."
