Scunthorpe have signed Everton teenager Conor McAleny on loan until the end of the season.
The deal was completed moments before the loan transfer deadline and means McAleny is available for the Iron's final eight games in League One, as they look to pull away from the relegation zone. The 19-year-old striker has yet to make his Everton debut but is hoping to gain some valuable experience whilst on loan at Glanford Park. McAleny is set to be named in Alan Knill's squad to face Notts County and could make his debut.
