Shots seal deal for Sinclair

Aldershot have signed Stevenage winger Robert Sinclair on a month-long loan deal just days after Darren Murphy's return to the club.

Sinclair, 22, primarily lines up on the right but can play anywhere across the middle of the park and is in the reckoning to make his Shots debut in Tuesday's trip to Crawley. Manager Dean Holdsworth told the club's official website: "I've looked at Rob before. He's had League Two success at Stevenage, and this gives me a good chance to look at him over the next month and give him some game time." Holdsworth has made the move for Sinclair after Boro team-mate Murphy returned to Broadhall Way following the completion of his month-long stay with the Hampshire club. The midfielder made his third and final appearance for the Shots as a late substitute in Saturday's 3-1 defeat at Northampton.
