Ashley Young feels Manchester United are now in a great position to win the Premier League after going top of the table with a 2-0 win over West Brom on Sunday.
As rivals Manchester City have stuttered in recent games, United came through a tough sequence with victories against Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham, as well as fighting back from 3-0 down to draw at Chelsea.
And the winger feels the Red Devils are now on course for a successful finish to the season.
"We felt if we came through those tough away fixtures we would be setting ourselves up for the rest of the season," said Young.
"We have managed to do that and now our home form is key.
"A lot of people might not have thought we would be in front of City but we have that belief."
